Upstate Art Weekend Expands to Westchester and Rockland Counties

Beginning this Friday, Upstate Art Weekend (UPAW) promises to bring some much needed sunshine to the region’s cultural landscape on July 21 to 24. Now in its fourth year, the annual event’s expansion to four days and more than 130 art venues across 10 counties is an opportunity to set out on a creative adventure—either across town or several counties—to discover the vibrancy of the Hudson Valley and Catskills.

Jazz Forum Arts (JFA)’s summer concert series is underway with 32 concerts in five Westchester County venues along the Hudson River. Live music will fill the air every weekday evening: Mondays at Henry Gourdine Park in Ossining, Tuesdays at Horan’s Landing in Sleepy Hollow, Wednesdays at Waterfront Park in Dobbs Ferry, Thursdays at Lyndhurst in Tarrytown, Fridays at Pierson Park in Tarrytown.
