Artist Statement

LIN SNIDER is a professional singer/actress/director/musical director/teacher who has performed in cabaret, TV, film, and primarily on stage in regional theaters, Off-Broadway and in the National Tour of Anything Goes with Mitzi Gaynor.  She has also worked at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, NYU, SUNY Purchase, Manhattanville College, Westchester Community College, Westchester Conservatory of Music, Concordia College, TADA!, Inside Broadway, and the Westchester Arts Council as a musical director, director and teacher of voice, acting and musical theater.  She has an MFA in Acting from Brooklyn College and also studied at HB Studios and the William Esper Studio in NYC.  She is currently on the Drama Faculty at Yeshiva University where she directs two shows each year. She also is leading a musical theater workshop for younger students at the Rosehill Music Academy.  Lin tries to create a supportive, casual environment where everyone can have fun exploring their untapped creativity!
