Artist Statement
I have been a poet-in-residence in Schools, homeless shelters and prisons throughout Westchester for the last ten years. My manuscript, Talking Underwater, was a finalist for the Nimrod/ Hardman Pablo Neruda Prize. My poems have appeared in Poetry London, The Paris Review, Prairie Schooner, Nimrod, Lumina, Whetstone and Spoon River Poetry Review.
Educational Background
I received my MFA in Poetry from Sarah Lawrence College.
