Groundwork Hudson Valley Welcomes Oded Holzinger as New Executive Director

Groundwork Hudson Valley recently announced Oded Holzinger as its newly appointed Executive Director. Formerly the organization’s Climate Resilience Manager, Holzinger brings a wealth of experience to Groundwork’s mission of fostering sustainable environmental change within the local communities.

Says Groundwork Hudson Valley’s board chair, Wendy Zimmerman: “With an impressive track record in climate resilience and environmental advocacy, [Holzinger] brings innovative ideas and a strong dedication to making a positive impact in Yonkers and across the Hudson Valley.” She also says that Holzinger’s four-year tenure as the Climate Resilience Program Manager was instrumental in the organization’s success.

According to the announcement, the organization’s goal under Holzinger’s leadership will be to continue propelling Yonkers and the Hudson Valley towards a brighter, greener future. He officially assumes his role on September 26.
