We offer several easy ways to get your event in front of our engaged audience:

ArtsW Event Calendar Listing

Not a member? Submit your events on a per-event basis for $35.

Calendar event listings are perfect for not-for-profit arts & culture organizations, creative businesses, groups or associations that want to add their cultural events or programming to our searchable on-line events calendar. Our calendar listings reach an online audience of 186k visitors a year.

Complete the registration & payment form to post on a per-event basis. A confirmation email will be sent including instructions on how to post your event.

If you are posting on a per-event basis, register or log in to your artsw.org account after completing the payment process.

Artists and other affiliate members can post events for free and just need to login to their artsw.org account.

Image specifications:

  • File size should be under 150kb 
  • Landscape orientation (3:2 aspect ratio) is preferred
  • Image should not be less than 900px wide, if possible

For promotional consideration, click the button below. You can upload 1 high-resolution photo or short video. ArtsWestchester will consider utilizing these on its social media accounts. Be sure to start the file name with your organization name.

Don’t forget to send us the press releases for your events, news, and updates. Providing more details helps us to consider the event for ArtsNews editorial, highlights in our weekly newsletter, a spotlight on social media, the subject of a blog post, and more. Providing high-resolution photographs or short related videos greatly increases consideration!
