Roz has been in musical theater including such roles as Dolly in Hello Dolly, Mammy in 'Lil Abner, Dora in Fiorello, Sara in Company, Gladys in Pajama Game, Gorgeous Teitelbaum in Sisters Rosenzweig, and Golda in Fiddler on the Roof.  From this she developed her own one woman cabaret show which has show tunes, novelty numbers and specialty tunes that can be tailored to the requirements of any group.
