Kids Writing Workshops in Greenburgh – Six workshops beginning March 8, 2025
The Kids Short Story Connection will conduct its spring 2025 series of six Saturday morning creative writing workshops for kids who love to write beginning March 8th and running every other Saturday until May 17th, 2025. These award-winning workshops for kids between 9 and 14 years of age will take place from 10 am until 12 noon at Greenburgh Town Hall. The Kids Short Story Connection workshops provide young and intermediate writers with an age appropriate and supportive environment with peers and workshop leaders who are published authors and experienced teachers. Each class is limited to less than eight students to assure that each child gets the opportunity to actively participate in a discussion of the work they produce during class or bring from home.
Creative writers from all corners of Westchester County are invited to join. For more details or to register your young writer, contact Sarah Bracey White, published author and KSSC’s creator and manager, at (914) 682-1574 or via email at [email protected]. Pre-registration is required. Partial scholarships are available upon request.
Greenburgh Town Hall is located at 177 Hillside Avenue, Greenburgh, NY 10607.
