Westchester Choral Society – June Concert – Good Vibrations

The third concert of our 2o24-2025 Season is Good Vibrations! Saturday June 7, 2025

Bob Dylan sang that “the times they are changin’,” but good music is timeless. Come join the Westchester Choral Society for an afternoon of music that never goes out of style at our summer concert on Saturday, June 7, 3pm.

The “good vibrations” of  the contemporary and pop songs  will certainly move you and get your toes tapping in a concert featuring the music of Bob Dylan, The Beach Boys, k.d. lang, Fleetwood Mac, Leonard Bernstein, and the musical Rent.

The afternoon’s  entertainment will also include a reception to mingle with choristers, lots of food, and a silent auction with goods and services from all over Westchester County. The Westchester Choral Society is so excited to meet with you to talk over yummy snacks and support local businesses who support local music.

Save the date for Saturday June 7 at 3pm at Memorial United Methodist Church (250 Bryant Ave in White Plains). Tickets can be bought in advance on our website (www.westchesterchoralsociety.org).  A ticket includes the concert, reception and silent auction. Hope to see you there!

About Westchester Choral Society

The award-winning Westchester Choral Society was founded by Sarah Stewart Bowne in 1942 to perform Bach’s B minor Mass with 15 singers. Today we are 65 singers performing works from Baroque to contemporary, presenting three concerts per season as well as Summer Sings and other musical events. Smaller ensembles are available for private and community performances. We welcome singers in all voice ranges to join us at a rehearsal before auditioning. We rehearse Tuesday evenings at Memorial United Methodist Church, 250 Bryant Ave in White Plains (handicapped accessible; free parking available). To arrange an audition, contact Numa Rousseve at 914-285-9026.
