The God of Isaac by James Sherman is about a young man who goes on a spiritual quest to find out about his Jewish heritage. Using comic moments from classic American literature and film to help him learn, audiences will find themselves laughing hysterically one moment and wiping a tear the next, as he works through life lessons dealing with his high school Jewish girlfriend, his Shiksa wife and his loving, interfering mother.
