ArtsWestchester continues to closely monitor recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), New York State and the Federal government as developments evolve concerning the coronavirus. We care about the health and safety of our artists, arts organizations, members, staff and board in Westchester and for the entire country. U,S, Small Business Administration (SBA) Shuttered Venue Operators GrantAre you a theatrical producer, talent representative, venue promoter or do you operate a live venue, live performing arts organization, movie house or cultural institution and have been impacted by COVID-19? Register for SBA’s webinar on Thursday, January 14, for a preliminary overview of the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant program included in the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act. Eligible organizations with a reduction in revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic will have the opportunity to receive up to a $10 million grant under the program. U.S. Small Business Paycheck Protection ProgramThe Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) provides loans to help businesses keep their workforce employed during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. SBA is currently offering:

NYC Community Trust Response & Impact FundThe NYC COVID-19 Response & Impact Fund was created to aid NYC-based nonprofits struggling with the health and economic effects of the coronavirus. It will be providing up to $75 M in grants and loans to NYC-based nonprofits that are trying to meet the new and urgent needs. To apply click here.
United Way COVID-19 Response FundThe United Way of Westchester and Putnam will be awarding grants to nonprofits that are directly helping underprivileged populations that have been displaced or actively impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Westchester County. To apply click here.
National Endowment for Arts | Care Act Funding Guidelines The National Endowment for the Arts announced its guidelines to distribute funding to nonprofit arts organizations impacted by COVID-19. $75 million has been appropriated to the National Endowment for the Arts through the CARES Act. New York Council of Non-Profits, Inc.
NYCON works to build the capacity of nonprofits and communities, in an effort to enhance the quality of life in New York State.  The organization provides a wide array of specialized technical assistance services, including legal and financial, to nonprofits of all kinds in a staff-based, multidisciplinary team model. NYCON also provides an array of group purchasing, insurance and employee benefits  in the context of membership, helping to build a long term, multi-layered service relationship with member nonprofits.
