Miho grew up in Japan. As a child, she developed an interest in many forms of art expressions, and was self taught in much of what she learned. Her classical piano career was living a parallel existence to her artistic talent, so that she developed as a well rounded artist. Miho has exhibited throughout the Metropolitan area. Her first exhibit in 1992 was the White Plains Library. After that she's had numerous showing in the area and Tribeca, New York. In 1995 City College of New York purchased her "Pink Roses", which now is displayed in their Harris Hall. It has received so many accolades, that CCNY decided to purchase and display another of Miho's works. That painting is called "Purple Iris".
