My desire is bringing beauty and happiness into people’s life. Art is therapeutic. It has the power of healing the most profound wounds and promoting insight. Through the use of water media I express my deepest emotions.
My inspirations come from my personal feelings. It is the sensation of the rain rolling down my body, the impressions of the moon light in my soul even when my eyes are closed. It is the emotion I feel when a mother holds her child, when lovers look at each other.
I use lines and texture to morph shapes that express those feelings as stored in my memories, in my dreams. I call my work human-nature, because it is human nature to experience all feelings. It is sharing them that allows us to connect to each other.
I paint because it makes me feel happy. It is my hope that when you look at my work we can share that moment of happiness.
