Laurie Berenhaus is a multi-disciplinary storyteller who uses physical theatre and puppetry as a means of exploring the unspoken. As a sculptor, she has designed and fabricated puppets, masks, and specialty props for stage and screen throughout the New York City area and Philadelphia. Laurie currently resides in Yonkers, NY.
Laurie Berenhaus has trained at the Actor's Movement Studio, the Eugene O’Neill National Puppetry Conference and the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater. Laurie received her BFA in Sculpture from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
