Artist Statement
Photography has been my favorite form of self-expression since the first time I picked up an SLR. I went to school for fashion, had a brief stint in the music industry and worked as an internet marketing manager. These varied- but connected- experiences have helped shape who I am as a photographer. When documenting families, events and live performance, my style is photojournalistic and organic; striving to capture all of the important moments and details. The artsy fashion lover in me also adores styled pinups, boudoir and headshots. My fine art photography favors 120 film for its lo-fi aesthetic and unique perspective.
