My art is a journey...a way to visually explore life... emotions, feelings, thoughts, experiences and ideas. My goal is to inspire others on their journey. My painting are inspired by people, places or “things”, but are not photographic depictions. I work abstractly and let the painting guide me. From various inspirations, I endeavor to capture the spirit of my subject, whether it be landscape, still life, portrait, or conceptual. My paintings are explorations, a search for color, space, shapes, and effects of light and dark.
