ArtsWestchester salutes the The Westchester and Rockland delegation of the New York State Legislature during the 2021 ReStart the Arts Gala. We celebrate the extraordinary action of the delegation in securing one million dollars in recovery funds for the arts community at our gathering of the cultural community, in which “festive” is the key to the party.
