So You Want to Write for Kids with Tina Tocco (via Zoom)

Have you always wanted to try writing for kids? Do you need some inspiration to spark your creativity? In this 3-hour workshop, all you have to bring is your love of words. You’ll write to in-class prompts like starter sentences and common objects. Then, you’ll receive positive feedback from a group of students who, like you, want to get their feet wet in children’s writing. And you’ll do all this in a low-key environment. Whether you want to write for publication, yourself, or your grandkids, this workshop can help you get started. This class is geared toward writing middle grade and young adult fiction. (Middle grade is typically defined as intended for readers ages 8-12, and young adult as readers ages 13-18.)

This workshop will be taught via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed at the time of registration. (Please check spam / promotions filters.) Please email admin@writerscenter.org with any questions.
