Sketch Comedy Workshop with Evan Fleischer via Zoom

If you’re looking for a place to write comedic sketches, talk about sketches, and offer feedback to others to make their own sketches better — all while watching other sketches for inspiration — then this is the writing workshop for you. There is so much good comedy to explore — Vic Reeves’ Big Night Out, Hey Riddle Riddle, an underappreciated Netflix series, a Jamie Foxx stand-up special you haven’t seen in years, something ripped from an old Firesign Theatre record — it only makes sense that we explore and make it together.

No experience necessary. All ages welcome.

This class will be taught via Zoom. It will run on six consecutive Thursdays at 6:30pm Eastern time starting on April 6. The Zoom link will be sent 24hours before the class series begins. Please write to ask@writerscenter.org with questions.
