Sarah Lawrence College Craft Talk with Aracelis Girmay “& Possibility”

Poet Aracelis Girmay will discuss writers who sometimes dismantle boundary, sometimes break (or remember) time, writers who have, in nuanced and quietly radical ways, altered what she thought possible. A professor at Hampshire College, Girmay is the author of the poetry collections including Teeth, and Kingdom Animalia. She is also the author of the collage-based picture book changing, changing. In 2011, Girmay was awarded a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Art.
