Clay Art Center is pleased to present REINVENTED
An exhibit featuring 12 ceramic artists who utilize digital technology within a traditional studio practice.

Opening Reception: Saturday, September 23, 5pm – 7pm
On View through November 11th

Exhibition Curator Adam Chau offers insight to the future of technology and ceramics – a practice that does not polarize the digital and analog, but hybridizes the two. The concurrent symposium, Future Now, will shed light to the trajectory clay is moving towards and the excitement, anxiety, and implications the digital inquiries has on the field. REINVENTED will travel to The Clay Studio in Philadelphia in February 2018.

The shop will feature work by the Tyler School of Art’s ceramic students who have gone through a ceramics and technology course. The Shop at CAC is open Monday – Saturday 10am – 5pm.

Participating artists include: Andy Brayman, Jeremy Brooks, Dr. Katie Bunnell, Brian Caponi, Bryan Czibesz, Sharan Elran, Brett Freund, Chris Gustin , Mia Mulvey, Megumi Naitoh, Paul Scott, and Joey Watson.
