Pavesini Fatti In Casa

In 1945, Mario Pavesi, an Italian baker from the city of Novara (Piedmont), decided to bake a new version of the Biscotti Di Novara (Novara’s Cookies), thus, the pavesini was born. These cookies soon became very popular because they are made with simple ingredients and taste extremely delicious. No child in Italy goes without! Pavesini are also a good alternative to use to make a Tiramisu. This is the perfect cookie when you crave something sweet but very light, and they are great dunking cookies too! Must register in advance and prepay.
