Culpeper Outdoor Summer Performance Series: Paul Taylor Dance Company

The legendary Paul Taylor Dance Company, led by artistic director Michael Novak, closes out the 2022 Culpeper Summer Performance Series with a selection of their renowned repertory work. In the seminal and exuberant Arden Court (1981), Taylor examines three kinds of relationships: supportive, competitive, and flirtatious. Then, in Syzygy (1987), dancers hurtle across the stage like so many celestial bodies orbiting and eclipsing each other.

This event is outdoors. A reception will follow the performance. The rain date for this event is Thursday, September 8, 2022.
