Leonardi da Vinci’s Quincentennial Anniversary at the Harrison Public Library

Lecturer Toni McKeen will be presenting a talk on Italian Renaissance master artist Leonardo da Vinci in honor of the 500th anniversary of his death. Born in 1492, da Vinci was a painter, architect, inventor, and student of all things scientific. His genius crossed so many disciplines, and he epitomized the term “Renaissance man.” Today he remains best known for his art, including two masterpieces that remain among the world’s most famous and admired, Mona Lisa and The Last Supper.

Registration is recommended.
