“Sober Days, Somber Nights is  a book of poetry about finding myself as a woman, mother, and lover. And with that discovery, losing the man that I thought I would love forever. Its a journey of “losing myself and finding myself, and in finding myself, I lost you…“
“It’s the story of me.
The story of her.
The story of us.
All women.”

“I would like to gear my book towards women’s empowerment. Since March is women’s history month, I want to donate 10% of my book proceeds to Hopes Door, a women’s domestic violence shelter in Westchester County. I want to be able to encourage all women to find themselves first, and then love themselves wholly.”
