INCLUSION

Inclusion is a unique exhibition highlighting the themes of LGBTQ life and culture. We encourage members of the national community to submit work for this exhibit.

Blue Door Gallery plans to include work of all media.

Arts & Culture have historically been so richly enhanced by LGBTQ individuals and or groups on all levels. This exhibition strives to showcase the many facets of a culture that has faced discrimination, and violence, yet perseveres and embraces our common goal; to be free to love who we want to love and with pride.

“Strength Through Diversity” has long been a mantra in the LGBTQ community and it through art we can put this philosophy on a mantle as an example for others join in that celebration.

Blue Door is honored to provide this opportunity to showcase visual art that expresses the joy, discovery, struggle and strength of LGBTQ life.

The opening reception will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2-4 pm. Our gallery hours are: Fridays 3-8 pm; Saturdays 12-5 pm. This exhibition will be on view until Saturday, November 12th.
