Developing Successful After-School Programs

WHAT DO TWEENS WANT?

DEVELOPING ENGAGING AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Peter Rogovin co-authored the report “Something to Say: Success Principles for Afterschool Arts Programs from Urban Youth, and Other Experts,” which was commissioned by The Wallace Foundation. “Something to Say,” is informed by experts in the field of youth development and the urban kids that after-school programs seek to engage.

The session—which is designed for after-school program administrators and staff, arts education professionals, and teaching artists—begins with informal networking followed by a 40 minute presentation and facilitated discussion.

We hope you will join us.
