Creative Writing for Youth: Writing Workshop with Michael Patrick Collins

This is a six week class that meets on Tuesdays from 4pm-5pm starting on March 17th and ending on April 28. There will be no class on April 7.

This class will serve as an energetic supplement to the traditional academic writing instruction of grammar and vocabulary development by providing a space in which young writers engage in open ended writing activities and encounter creative challenges that foster enjoyment of and enthusiasm for writing. Special focus will be given to supporting the imaginative elements of creative writing in multiple genres that foster the flexible thinking necessary for communication and problem solving across the curriculum.

Tickets are $150 for the 6week class session. Please register at
