Cooking Class – HOMEMADE CAVATELLI

Our cooking classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration classes held in our state-of-the-art professional kitchen. You’ll dive into cooking with personalized instruction from one of our experienced chef instructors. You will also observe the chef prepare other dishes with a lot of clear explanations, and create a meal that you’ll sit down to enjoy with a glass of wine. Learn how easy it is to make perfect cavatelli pasta that you can take home and surprise your family when you’ll cook it for dinner! The chef will demonstrate how easy and quick it is to prepare two delicious sauces to top your cavatelli pasta with. Homemade bread and a garden salad will accompany your meal. Each class lasts approximately two hours. Space is limited.
