Guest Speaker: Larry Berglas is an attorney based in White Plains, NY whose solo private law practice includes a focus on the area of arts business law. Larry counsels clients in matters of copyright, trademark, contracts, wills, trusts, estates and probates, general business, litigation, nonprofit corporation, negligence, and real estate, among other areas. Larry Berglas was admitted to the practice of law in 1990. He has been teaching Arts & Entertainment Law as a lecturer at Purchase College since 2001.

Larry is also a writer and a musician. He is the author of Civil Law in America: A Minimalist Law Book. His freelance articles have been published in The New York Times, Travel & Leisure, DECOR, Westchester Magazine, Hudson Valley and at TheGolfExpert.com, PremierGuitar.com and USLaw.com. He occasionally may be found playing his Fender Telecaster at local blues jams.
