African American History in Ossining Presentation

This special historical presentation by Ossining Village Historian, Dana White  will discuss the many contributions African Americans have made in shaping the town of Ossining from its very beginnings to what it is today.

The program is in conjunction with the opening of the National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington DC.  The library also has a “Traveling Exhibit” on each floor of the library building directly from the Smithsonian.  All are welcome to attend the program and walk through and enjoy each individual poster.
