Ridge Hill Mural Program Call for Artists

Project Overview

The Ridge Hill Shopping Center in Yonkers, NY, in cooperation with ArtsWestchester, is seeking proposals from artists for a permanent mural spanning an exterior wall to be completed by November 15, 2015.

Proposals should be original in design with family-friendly, universal appeal. Artists are encouraged to explore the themes of transportation, movement, social interaction and the local community and to present these themes in a family-friendly and positive light.

The goal of the Ridge Hill Art Connection is to create a dynamic long-term art program that evolves and progresses over time to create a vibrant, recognized and respected art collection at Ridge Hill through the installation of murals throughout the entire site.
