8:00 pm Live tango music for dance, featuring:

Tango Meditteraneo
New York City based quartet Tango Mediterraneo, comprised of musicians from the Mediterranean, with a focus on traditional Argentine Tango melodies from the early 20's to the 50's - when the golden era of tango was inspired by the unique essence of Carlos Gardel, as well as the big tango orchestras of Juan d'Arienzo, Francisco Canaro, and Aníbal Troilo. Tango Mediterraneo's repertoire is inspired by the music of Astor Piazzolla, as well as songs and other pieces from classical and jazz music arranged with rhythmical and aesthetic components of Argentine Tango.
